Michael Williams
Let’s give it up for our Bud Michael Williams. The Minnesota Timberwolves guard holds the NBA record for most consecutive Free Throws made. Williams sank # 97 straight from the charity stripe over 19 games from March 24th to November 9th, of 1993. His eighty four in a row to finish the ‘92-’93 season surpassed the previous record of 78 set by Calvin Murphy in 1981. Mike hit his first thirteen of the fresh season before missing one in a 110-95 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on November 9th.
I’ve got a FREE Issue of Blaze # 12 going to the fan who can tell us who ranks 2nd on the list & how many they made in a row.
